Level two moved fast, so it was a bit tough starting out at level 2 and not doing level 1 first. The workout was really tough and my arms feel like rubber right now. Just in case you are wondering why I was smacking my butt during the warm-up….LOL…it was because Jillian told me to! No, I don’t just randomly smack my butt while working out. ![]() I decided today would be a Cross-training day, as I was eager to try out Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred workout DVD!
